Ride For Sick Kids™
The tires are turning for WA’s sick kids.
Now in its 14th year, the Ride for Sick Kids WA™ 2026 will see a peloton of up to forty determined riders journey through the South West and Perth Metro regions during May to raise funds for WA families with sick kids. The annual 5 day ride will include visits to regional communities who are reliant on Ronald McDonald House WA programs and services when a child requires medical care far from home.
Enthusiastic participants, including McDonald’s WA Licensees, will come together from January to commence training to prepare for the 500 km cycling journey. In 2025, the peloton raised $417,000 to help RMHC WA continue to support WA families with sick kids.
RMHC WA are proud to receive support from our Founding and Forever Partner McDonald’s, who annually raises significant funds for this event.

Acknowledgement of Country
Ronald McDonald House WA acknowledge the Whadjuk people of the Noongar nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we are privileged to live, work and welcome families. We honour their enduring connection to Country, culture, and community, and pay our deepest respects to Elders past and present.
Here, on Whadjuk Noongar Boodja, we open our doors to families from across Western Australia when they need us most. Grounded in the enduring care and wisdom of the Traditional Custodians of this land, we offer comfort, safety, and a sense of home.
We recognise the strength and resilience of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and we walk alongside them with humility, respect, and a commitment to listening, learning, and healing together.
