Take a break from your hospital appointments and join us as a family in the Ronald McDonald Family Room in Perth Children’s Hospital Fun on Four Precinct. Located on Level 4 of Perth Children’s Hospital, this Ronald McDonald Family Room is open 7 days a week, and is a retreat for families visiting the hospital for inpatient or outpatient appointments.

This Family Room is a recreation space designed for the whole family. Children can play and engage away from the clinics and wards, in this inviting space. In this Family Roo, you’ll find a spacious parent’s retreat with free tea and coffee, teen den with video and arcade games, soft play and toddler zone, cinema room, as well as zones for reading, exploration and arts & craft.
This Family Room has 7 distinct zones so there is something for the entire family:
We want to make sure families have a home-away-from-home inside the Hospital, away from the clinical environment of the ward.
That’s why this Family Room was purpose built for the free and exclusive use of parents, carers, guardians and their families with children undergoing inpatient or outpatient treatment at Perth Children’s Hospital
The Ronald McDonald Family Room Fun on Four, Perth Children’s Hospital is located on Level 4 of Perth Children’s Hospital. The closest lifts to the Fun on Four Precinct are the Green and Pink lifts.
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Located near the North Entrance of the Perth Children's Hospital, our Ronald McDonald Family Room on the Ground Floor of PCH is a refuge for you and your family while visiting the hospital for inpatient or outpatient appointments.
Located next to the Ronald McDonald Family Room on the ground floor of PCH, Kulunga Moort Mia is a culturally sensitive space where families can connect with Aboriginal culture, and relax away from the wards and clinics.
Located on Level 4, our Ronald McDonald Family Room in PCH's Fun on Four Precinct is a refuge for you and your family while visiting the hospital for inpatient or outpatient appointments.
Ronald McDonald House Perth Children’s Hospital is a 14 bedroom house, located on Level 5 of the hospital. Stays within this house are allocated by PCH, and require a referral from a social worker or medical authority.
