Close to the medical facilities of Perth Children’s Hospital and King Edward Memorial Hospital, our Ronald McDonald House at QEII is a state-of-the-art, purpose built home. With 47 guest rooms and on-site facilities supporting education, play and wellbeing, we help make the lives of families just that little bit easier.

Ronald McDonald House in PCH

Located on Level 5 of Perth Children’s Hospital, this 14 bedroom House has the closest access to the ward for parents, carers and guardians of critically ill patients.

Accommodation in this House is allocated by Perth Children’s Hospital to parents, carers and guardians of critical and palliative patients, Royal Flying Doctor Service unplanned admissions, transplant patients and breastfeeding mothers of ill babies.

Ronald McDonald House on Park

Ronald McDonald House on Park offers 50 guest rooms located amongst the tranquil gardens of St Catherine’s College, a short walk from Perth Children’s Hospital.

Rooms can be booked by calling Ronald McDonald House WA. Alternatively, you can contact your local Patient Assisted Travel Scheme (PATS) office or your social worker.

Yes - to stay for free at a Ronald McDonald House WA the State Government provides eligible families with a Patient Assistance Travel Allowance (PATS).
