Ronald McDonald House Nedlands
By adopting a room at Ronald McDonald House Nedlands, you can provide a family with a safehaven and the opportunity to recharge and get the rest they need so they can offer the strongest support possible to their child.
We believe helping families stay together at a critical and fragile time in their lives eases the burden of their difficult journey. By adopting a room, you can help make every day a bit brighter for seriously ill children and their families.
“It’s a true home away from home, a place where you can recharge your batteries after full days at the hospital, a hot meal which you don’t have to cook, and a safe haven for the boys to treat it like a second home. It has helped us immensely and financially over the years, not having to pay for accommodation as we have no family in WA (or anywhere in Australia)``.
– Nicola, Kununurra
Ronald McDonald House Perth Children’s Hospital
RMHC WA has a 14-bedroom facility located on Level 5 at Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH). By adopting a room in Ronald McDonald House at Perth Children’s Hospital you will be supporting a room for our guests whose children are in acute care. The Ronald McDonald House at PCH allows families to be near their child in the intensive care unit, so they can always be with them at such a critical time.
This House also accommodates metro-based families given the critical nature of care required.
Keeping the family together can be extremely tough without support, which is why we offer accommodation for parents/carers of critically unwell patients, breastfeeding mothers of sick babies, emergency unplanned admissions, parents of transplant patients and those from rural and remote areas.
